We're a restoration company, not a public adjuster — Florida licenses public adjusters separately through the Department of Financial Services to represent policyholders in claim negotiations, and we're upfront that we don't perform that role. What we do is document our work thoroughly and communicate directly with your adjuster about the scope and progress of the restoration itself.
